Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient window for item collection from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
