Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Furniture must be in original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large freight shipments, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Impressions Furniture products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Many of our sofas and mattresses carry extended manufacturer warranties.
